Assessment of Training

To assess the progress of employability enhancement training we are conducting skill assessment test min two times in every year during the period of on job training as mentioned below:

• Entry level [during the 1st month of training period – Pre-Training Assessment Test, Mode- Online]
• Training Performance Assessment- i.e., Online Test through mobile App & Training appraisal (Viva) at the end of every 6th month of training (two times in a year)
• Third Party Assessment – At the time of completion of the training period assessment of training by third party approved by DGET / NSDC.

Training Performance Assessment (Viva) will help to assess the skill sets (General Attributes and Job Role Skills) in the On-Job Trainees.
