National Employment Enhancement Mission Scheme (NEEM)
All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) has issued National Employability Enhancement Mission (NEEM) Regulation 2013 & revised regulations 2017 published in Gazette of India which aims to offer on the job (OJT) practical training to enhance employability of students pursuing graduation/ Post Graduation in any technical or non-technical stream.
Unemployment is not INDIA problem but employability skills are. Our industries need candidates with skills like good communications, team work, IT skills, decision making, etc. These skills can be fulfilling if candidate gets hands on experience.
Yuvashakti Foundation registered with AICTE as NEEM Facilitator & having capacity to handle entire life cycle of NEEM Scheme training activities i.e., sourcing of trainees across India, registration, documentation – day to day monitoring - administration of on job training, payroll, insurance, training assessment & certification.
ON JOB TRAINING - Candidates shall be able to understand the gap between their education and requirement of industries through On Job Training.
Eligibility of NEEM Trainee:
Age: 16 years – 25 years on the date of registration.
Educational Qualification: Pursuing his or her Post Graduation/ graduation in any technical or non- technical stream.
Duration of Training : Minimum: 3 months, Maximum 36 months.
Leaves and daily hours of work of training shall be prescribed by the policy of the industry, where the trainees is taking on job training.
